OpenSea has added support for Solana non-fungible tokens (NFTs), allowing users to buy, sell, and trade the blockchain's digital collectibles on its platform.
The launch comes more than four years after OpenSea first added Solana NFTs in beta in April 2022.
That rollout covered just 165 collections and gained limited traction.
Rivals Magic Eden and Tensor captured most of Solana NFT volume at the time.
Earlier this year, Magic Eden shut its Bitcoin and Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) marketplaces to refocus on Solana.
