In the Kherson region, three people were killed and seven were injured—including a child—as a result of Russian shelling throughout the day.

According to the investigation, on August 31, Russian military personnel attacked settlements in the Kherson region using artillery and various types of unmanned aerial vehicles.
As of 5:30 p.m., three civilians were killed and seven others were injured as a result of the enemy attacks, including an 11-year-old boy. Specifically, a man and a woman were killed in Kherson. Another woman was killed in the village of Kostyrka, the prosecutor’s office reported.
According to the Regional Military Administration, in Kostyrka, part of the Novoraysk community, the occupiers attacked a 65-year-old woman with a drone. She sustained fatal injuries as a result of the drone strike.
