An unseen Love Is Blind couple have revealed they are still together despite Netflix axeing them from the final cut of the series.Sammy and Jon shared their love story on Instagram after a whirlwind 12-month secret relationship.The couple continued their relationship after their journey was cut short from the show and now live together and share a dog named Poddy.They experienced a heartbreaking miscarriage in June this year, three months after Sammy fell pregnant with their first child. Speaking about their secret connection for the first time, she wrote on an Instagram post: 'The year no one saw. On September 6 we got engaged and that was the start of our slightly unhinged love story...'48 hours after Sammy and Jon got engaged, the couple received texts from producers to say their Love Is Blind journey was over.'Our actual relationship? Well... that was entirely up to us,' she explained before revealing they met up on holiday the next month.She wrote: 'Finally met face to face... and on 30 minutes sleep, decided booking Malaga immediately was a great idea. First holiday, free upgrade into another couple's room and time to figure out if we actually like each other.'No pods, no cameras, no producers, just us actually figuring out how to be a normal couple after the least normal start unimaginable.'Back to work, living opposite sides of the country AND secretly engaged unable to tell anyone. Let the real experiment begin...' In November, Sammy and Jon decided it was time to meet each other's families and revealed they 'survived' Christmas together.The couple overcame long distance in their relationship through the winter before finally making the commitment to move in together and get a puppy Poddy, named after their Love Is Blind experience.She added: 'This started to feel like real life. Somewhere along the way, we stopped feeling like two people who met on Love Is Blind. Suddenly it was less 'experiment' and more "Whose turn is it to pick up the dog s***"'In April, the couple found out they were pregnant with their first child on Jon's birthday but heartbreakingly suffered a 'silent miscarriage' three months later. Grieving whilst still living opposite sides of the country was one of the hardest things we've had to face together.'We ended the month in Barcelona on a trip we'd planned all year. We tried to enjoy it but truthfully, we were just trying to find out feet again.'And almost one whole year later, the couple were finally allowed to speak about their journey together for the first time.She wrote: 'We didn't get picked to continue on Love Is Blind. At the time, that felt like the end of our story.'Turns out, it was the beginning of the best bit. No cameras, no experiment, no guarantees, we just kept choosing each other and now you're finally in on the secret.'
