The FDA updated the April recall to specify which states received the more than 27,000 packages of potentially contaminated rice

Lundberg Family Farms expanded the scope of its white jasmine rice recall, with the FDA now identifying 13 states where the affected product was distributed.
The update covers more than 27,000 packages of White Jasmine Rice sold in 2-lb. bags that may be contaminated with foreign materials, according to the FDA. The affected lot codes are 260201MA, with a best-by date of Feb. 1, 2027, and 260202MA, with a best-by date of Feb. 2, 2027. The UPC on the product is 073416-040281.
