The Supreme Court has refused to pass an immediate order seeking to stop the Cockroach Janata Party’s September 5 protest march in Delhi. The court said everyone involved must act responsibly, maintain peace and follow the law. The plea also sought restrictions on protests in sensitive areas ahead of the BRICS Summit.
