SAN ILDEFONSO, Ilocos Sur — The Ilocos Sur Police Provincial Office (ISPPO) has condemned the killing of a three-year-old boy in Barangay Lacong, Tagudin, and vowed to pursue the suspect.
The boy died from a stab wound allegedly inflicted by his father inside their home in Tagudin on Aug. 28.

Initial reports said the victim’s grandmother and aunt heard the father berating the child at around 1 a.m. that day.
