The Keralam Chief Minister’s Office (CMO) has informed that some new arrangements have been put in place with regard to the Chief Minister meeting visitors at the Secretariat.On Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays that are not public holidays, visitors will have the opportunity to meet the Chief Minister from 3 pm to 5:30 pm.On these three days, the Chief Minister will personally meet elderly persons, persons with disabilities and those with physical infirmities at the Grievance Redressal Cell on the Secretariat premises first. Only after that will the Chief Minister meet visitors in the office.Those who have taken appointments in advance can also come to the office and meet the Chief Minister during this time.The new arrangements will come into effect from September 2 (Wednesday).This is being put in place so that people arriving from other districts to meet the Chief Minister can meet him and submit grievances without delay and to avoid congestion, the CMO said.Even on days when the Chief Minister is not in the Secretariat, the public can submit grievances directly at the Grievance Redressal Cell.
