Chief Minister V.D. Satheesan is scheduled to hold meetings with Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman in New Delhi on Tuesday. Mr. Satheesan, who also handles the Finance portfolio, will meet Mr. Modi at 11.15 a.m. and Ms. Sitharaman at 2.30 p.m. This is also his first meeting with Mr. Modi after the United Democratic Front government came to power in Kerala.
