ALBAWABA - U.S. President Donald Trump stirred controversy on social media after posting another AI-generated video of himself replacing a Lake Ontario sign with a "Lake America" sign, taking his growing tensions with Canada to new heights. Trump shared the controversial clip on Truth Social, and it quickly flooded other platforms, including X (formerly Twitter). After replacing the signs, the U.S. President performed his signature dance move to the Village People's YMCA.Just recently, Trump also shared another AI-generated video of an "army of ducks" featuring his signature hairstyle, muscles, human arms, and weapons as they marched alongside Lake Ontario. Both videos come after trade talks between Washington and Ottawa ended last week with the US pressing ahead with its threat to levy 50 percent tariffs on Canadian products.Lake Ontario is one of the Great Lakes on the U.S.-Canada border, shared by New York and Ontario. On Canada's side, the lake borders major cities Kingston, Mississauga, Toronto, Hamilton, and St. Catharines. On the U.S. side, it spans across Rochester and Watertown. This is reminiscent of Trump's previous efforts to change the Gulf of Mexico to the "Gulf of America."The new AI video received mixed reactions on social media:"At this point, even the ducks are ready for war. Wonder what’s next geese with grenade launchers?" "I dont get it are the Canadian geese supposed to be invading or something...this man is an embarrassment on so many levels."
