Forest sources, speaking anonymously to The Athletic, confirmed talks are progressing.The 22-year-old winger made eight assists and scored one goal in 42 appearances during 2025-26. However, he has been left out of the matchday squad for Forest’s first two Premier League games of the season under new manager Oliver Glasner.Hutchinson played the last 11 minutes of the Carabao Cup Second Round defeat to Leeds United in midweek as a late substitute, which could be his last appearance for the club.
