According to preliminary information, around 80 sites have been damaged in Bucha district, where an explosion occurred at warehouses containing military supplies following Russian shelling.
Kyiv Regional State Administration head Tymur Tkachenko said this during a TV broadcast, according to an Ukrinform correspondent.
"Preliminarily, around 80 sites have been damaged — mostly private houses, as well as cars, a restaurant complex and a high-rise building. The constant shelling and threat of repeated strikes are making the work of rescuers, medics, volunteers, law enforcement officers and utility workers at the scene extremely difficult. I would like to sincerely thank everyone who is working selflessly today," Tkachenko said.
