Mayor Abdul Azim Wadi said Israeli settlers continue to besiege homes in the occupied West Bank village of Qusra for the 21st day, Al Jazeera Arabic reported.
Wadi said that Israeli forces are also attempting to arrest Palestinians besieged inside their homes in the village.
The Israeli military is also preventing wounded people from being evacuated from a house surrounded in the Ras al-Ein area, he added.
The Palestinian Red Crescent Society said settlers attacked an ambulance attempting to reach the besieged house.
