External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar said more than 315 Indian nationals remain uncontacted following devastating floods in Nepal. He said around 85 Indians have been rescued, including 21 Kailash Mansarovar pilgrims who returned to Delhi after being rescued by the Nepal Army. Jaishankar said India is focused on tracing all Indian nationals while supporting Nepal’s rescue and relief operations. India is sending Bailey bridges, tunnel-rescue experts and medical teams, with NDRF assistance also on offer.
