Aug. 28 (UPI) -- Rockstar Games has released a new extended look at Grand Theft Auto VI that explores the title's story and Florida-inspired setting.
The footage, which was first released exclusively on Netflix Thursday before coming to YouTube, begins with main protagonists Jason and Lucia getting into a shootout with police after a planned mission goes wrong.
The extended look gives fans their first preview of the gameplay in Grand Theft Auto VI, which has new and improved shooting and cover mechanics.
The nearly 30-minute video also includes scenes of the game's Miami-centric setting of Vice City and all the activities players can get into across the state of Leonida, such as riding jet skis, skydiving, car racing and much more.
Jason and Lucia later must protect a rich CEO and help a bank robber escape from police during a high-speed chase.
