President Cyril Ramaphosa has announced that the late Supreme Court of Appeal Justice Fikile Eunice Mokgohloa will receive a Special Official Funeral Category 2 following her death at 65.

President Cyril Ramaphosa has announced that the late Supreme Court of Appeal Justice Fikile Eunice Mokgohloa will be honoured with a Special Official Funeral Category 2 on Saturday.

Justice Mokgohloa died on August 20 at the age of 65 after a long illness.

She served the nation and the judiciary with distinction, integrity and dedication for 20 years.

Presidency spokesperson Vincent Magwenya said Ramaphosa had paid tribute to Mokgohloa for her contribution to the judiciary and jurisprudence.
