Drones have attacked the city of Moscow and Yaroslavl Oblast in Russia on the morning of 28 August. Russian authorities have reported that air defence was responding, while a section of the M8 motorway in Yaroslavl Oblast has been closed to traffic and black smoke has been seen near Pavlovsky Posad in Moscow Oblast.
