The trade war President Trump started with Canada seems to be preoccupying him far more than the actual war he started in Iran. That was apparent on Thursday, when he made good on perhaps the silliest threat he has directed toward American’s onetime close ally. As reporters looked on in the Oval Office, Trump signed an executive order to change Lake Ontario’s name to “Lake America” with the new name displayed on a map behind him.
