LOS ANGELES, Aug. 27 (UPI) -- Robert Patrick and Edward Furlong said they still feel the impact of Terminator 2: Judgment Day, returning to theaters Friday via Fathom Entertainment in the U.S. and Studio Canal internationally.
Furlong played future leader John Connor, pursued by a T-1000 (Patrick) from the future.
In a recent Zoom interview with UPI, Patrick, 67, credited the film with his subsequent career. Prior to Terminator 2, Patrick played a terrorist killed by Bruce Willis in Die Hard 2 and appeared in Equalizer 2000, Warlords from Hell and an episode of The New Lassie.
"My entire career is built on the fact that I was the T-1000," Patrick said. "What a lucky guy I am. I'm incredibly grateful."
