Patrick Holland is set to stay in place as executive chairman and CEO of Banijay U.K. following the company’s merger with All3Media.

He will report to Banijay Entertainment CEO Marco Bassetti.

The $8 billion merger with All3Media completed last month resulting in the behemoth Banijay Entertainment, which is headquartered in London and jointly owned by the Banijay Group and RedBird IMI, with each holding a 50% stake.

RedBird IMI’s Jeff Zucker serves as Chairman, Bassetti as CEO and All3Media CEO Jane Turton as the new consolidated company’s deputy CEO.

The merger raised a number of questions about synergies, particularly on the distribution side of the business.
