Honda Says No Fit Return For Now, But It Won't Rule It Out

Honda has no active program to reintroduce the Fit in the US; executives call a return "something we can consider".

Honda is not bringing the Fit back to America, at least not yet. Lance Woelfer, American Honda's sales executive, told Road & Track and other outlets during an August roundtable that the car is off the table for now, but he stopped short of shutting the door for good.

Asked directly about a US return for the subcompact hatchback, Woelfer called it "always something we can consider and look at," adding that Honda is "looking at everything" on the affordable side of its lineup. That is not a promise. It is also not a no.
