A federal judge will decide Thursday whether social media influencers Andrew and Tristan Tate can walk out of a Miami detention center while they fight extradition to Britain on rape and sex trafficking charges.
The brothers have been held in federal custody since their July 18 arrests and brief initial court appearance. Both have denied wrongdoing.
