Food innovation company Botenz has entered India with peanut, almond, cashew, pistachio and sesame powders, targeting approximately 1.8 lakh consumers and 1,200-1,500 outlets over five years.
Botenz, a food innovation company, is introducing nut powder category as a food format in India.A media statement said that the company -- which is backed by investors from Montenegro, Bulgaria, Israel and Russia -- is entering the market as part of its geographic expansion and plans to reach approximately 1.8 lakh consumers across India within the next five years.Botenz’s range includes peanut, almond, cashew, pistachio and sesame powders, with applications across smoothies, oats, yogurt, baking, snacks and other food preparations. The products are also intended for food service applications, giving the category relevance across household consumption and commercial food preparation.As part of the expansion, Botenz plans to scale up production to meet growing demand, while building a distribution network that reaches approximately 1,200-1,500 outlets across India over the next five years through regional distributor partnerships, alongside its digital and foodservice channels.
