A smiling Tefai Opoku-Boadu walked out of the courthouse on Wednesday after a judge acquitted him of murdering a father of seven at Jane station in 2024, finding that the 24-year-old accused was acting in self-defence.
“Feeling good, just got acquitted,” Opoku-Boadu said to reporters as he left the Superior Court of Justice. “The truth came to light.”
"This is not a complicated case," Tefai Opoku-Boadu's defence lawyer told the judge on Monday. "This is a case of self-defence."
