Karabo Tlaka of Sekhukhune United FC challenged by Mthetheleli Mthiyane of Orlando Pirates during the Betway Premiership match the home side won 2-0 at Orlando Amstel Arena on Tuesday night.
Orlando Pirates coach Abdeslam Ouaddou has admitted his side produced their worst performance since his arrival despite beating Sekhukhune United 2-0 in the Betway Premiership on Tuesday.
The Buccaneers extended their winning run over Babina Noko to two matches in four days, but Ouaddou was far from impressed with what he saw at the Orlando Amstel Arena.
Pirates took the lead through Boitumelo Radiopane in the first half before Oswin Appollis added a second after the break, but their coach felt the scoreline did not reflect the balance of the match.
“I think it’s the worst half of football we’ve had since I arrived at Pirates. We didn’t have any control of the game in the heart of the middle and that’s where the game is important. We were too predictable, there was no diversity in what we were doing,” Ouaddou said.
