Ukrainian air defense forces neutralized 134 of the 162 drones with which Russian forces attacked Ukraine from the evening of August 25.

According to Ukrinform, the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported this on Telegram.

Starting at 18:00 on August 25, Russian forces attacked Ukraine with 162 Shahed-type attack UAVs, including jet-powered variants, as well as Gerbera drones and Parody-type decoy drones. They were launched from the areas of Kursk, Orel, and Primorsko-Akhtarsk in Russia, as well as the temporarily occupied Donetsk and Hvardiiske in the temporarily occupied Crimea.

The aerial attack was repelled by Ukrainian aviation, anti-aircraft missile forces, electronic warfare units, unmanned systems units, and mobile fire groups of Ukraine's Defense Forces.
