Prediction market platform Kalshi has raised around $1.12 billion since April, according to its latest filing.

In Kalshi's Form D filed Tuesday with the Securities and Exchange Commission, the company noted that $1.12 billion worth of equity has been sold out of the total offering amount of nearly $1.5 billion.

Around $380 million remains available under the same notice.

The $1.12 billion may include Kalshi's $1 billion Series F round led by Coatue that was disclosed in May.

The round, which put the firm's valuation at $22 billion, drew participation from Sequoia Capital, Andreessen Horowitz, IVP, Paradigm, Morgan Stanley, and Ark Invest.
