Two twin brothers from Isale Eko, Lagos Island, have distinguished themselves among thousands of graduates of Lagos State University, with one bagging First-Class honours and the other emerging as the Best Graduating Student in his department.
The brothers, Taiwo and Kehinde Ajitokewu, both graduated from the Department of Science and Technology Education, Faculty of Education, during the university’s 29th and 30th combined convocation ceremonies.
While Taiwo graduated with First-Class honours in Biology Education, Kehinde emerged as the Best Graduating Student in Computer Science Education.
Their feat came as LASU graduated 20,604 students across the 2024/2025 and 2025/2026 academic sessions, with 494 students bagging First-Class honours.
The university had disclosed that 262 students obtained First Class in the 2024/2025 session, while 232 achieved the feat in the 2025/2026 session.
