A power facility was damaged in a Russian attack on August 25, leaving more than 30,000 subscribers without electricity in Chernihiv district and the city of Slavutych in Kyiv region.
Ukrinform reported this, citing Chernihivoblenergo’s Facebook post.
“An energy facility was damaged as a result of the enemy attack. More than 30,000 subscribers in Chernihiv district and the city of Slavutych have been left without power supply,” the statement said.
Energy workers will begin inspecting the equipment and carrying out restoration work as soon as the security situation allows.
