Solen Software Group, a permanent capital group, announced the acquisition of SHEA Global, a provider of ERP consulting, implementation, and support services specializing in Syspro. The transaction closed in May 2026. SHEA Global will operate as part of smrtr, Inc., an existing Solen portfolio company focused on business process automation and compliance management for the manufacturing and distribution industry.
