The Christian Association of Nigeria, CAN, has challenged the Federal Government and political leaders at all levels to move beyond promises and deliver tangible improvements in the lives of Nigerians, saying leadership must be judged by what citizens can see and feel.
The call came as Muslims across Nigeria celebrate Eid-el-Maulud amid rising living costs and insecurity that continue to put pressure on households and communities, with CAN President, Archbishop Daniel Okoh, saying Nigerians now want results they can experience in their daily lives.
