Russian forces struck the center of the town of Mena in the Chernihiv region’s Koriukivka district in the evening of August 24, injuring 12 people, including four children.
According to Ukrinform, the National Police reported this on Facebook.
The attack damaged administrative buildings, residential houses, shops and vehicles in the town.
Police officers are documenting the aftermath of the attack, recording the damage and collecting evidence of yet another Russian war crime.
