Ukraine’s air defense forces neutralized 124 out of 150 drones launched by Russian forces against Ukraine since the evening of August 24.

According to Ukrinform, the Ukrainian Air Force reported this on Telegram.

Starting at 18:00 on Sunday, August 24, Russian forces attacked Ukraine with an Iskander-M ballistic missile launched from Russia’s Rostov region, a Kh-31P air-launched guided missile from Russia’s Bryansk region, and 150 attack UAVs, including Shahed drones – some of them jet-powered – Gerbera drones, and Parodiya-type decoy drones.

The drones were launched from the directions of Oryol and Primorsko-Akhtarsk in Russia, as well as temporarily occupied Donetsk and Hvardiiske in temporarily occupied Crimea.

The aerial attack was repelled by aircraft, anti-aircraft missile units, electronic warfare and unmanned systems units, and mobile fire groups of Ukraine’s Defense Forces.
