TWG Global Names David A. Markowitz Chief Legal Officer
Seasoned veteran joins the firm following more than 15 years in senior legal roles at Goldman Sachs
TWG Global, LLC, a leading holding company spanning financial services, AI and sports, today announced the appointment of David A. Markowitz as Chief Legal Officer. Based in New York, Mr. Markowitz will serve as a key adviser to TWG Global’s leadership team, drawing on his extensive legal and financial services experience to help support the firm’s strategic priorities and long-term growth.

Mr. Markowitz brings three decades of experience advising on complex legal and business matters. He joins TWG Global after more than 15 years at Goldman Sachs, where he most recently served as Global Co-Head of Litigation and Regulatory Proceedings. Prior to Goldman Sachs, Mr. Markowitz held senior roles in the Office of the New York Attorney General and spent eight years with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission’s Division of Enforcement. He earned his B.A., summa cum laude, from Lafayette College and his J.D. from New York University School of Law.
