KT is overhauling its internal technology systems around artificial intelligence (AI), seeking to make its network, platforms and daily operations faster, more secure and more tightly integrated with its push to become an AI transformation (AX) platform company.
The telecommunications company said Monday that it is expanding its IT modernization efforts under a strategy called Next IT, with AI and automation to be incorporated across development and operations.
The strategy has three pillars: Next IT Platform, Next IT Infra and Next IT Works, covering business systems, infrastructure and AI-based ways of working.
