Ukrainian Defense Minister Yevhenii Khmara and U.S. Senator Richard Blumenthal discussed further efforts to build long-term and mutually beneficial relations between Ukraine and the United States during a meeting.

According to Ukrinform, the Ukrainian Ministry of Defense reported this on Facebook.

Khmara thanked the senator for his support and significant personal efforts to achieve a just peace for Ukraine.

The Defense Minister emphasized that modern warfare is changing extremely rapidly, while Ukraine has unique experience in adapting to changes on the battlefield and developing solutions that can quickly progress to combat deployment.

“We are ready to share these developments with our partners,” he said.
