Ahead of the December 3, 2026 opening date for this year’s IPADA Initiatives Celebrations 2026, the promoter of the annual cultural tourism fiesta, has entered into a strategic partnership with the National Black Chamber of Commerce (NBCC), and D Evans Consulting Inc.
Effective July 29, 2026, the strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), is designed to strengthen trade, investment, workforce development, and diaspora engagement between Africa, the United States, and the Global African Diaspora.
The partnership combines the strengths of three organisations to advance sustainable economic development through entrepreneurship, tourism, cultural exchange, workforce development, investment readiness, and international business collaboration.
Under the agreement, the IPADA Initiatives will lead diaspora engagement, tourism, cultural exchange, government collaboration, and investment promotion across Africa.
NBCC will leverage its national and international business network to promote trade, investment, market access, and strategic partnerships between the United States and Africa.
