Under the visionary leadership of Peter Ndubuisi Mbah, and through a strategic partnership with the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC), led by Aminu Maida, its Vice Chairman/CEO, Enugu State has formally taken over the NCC Digital Industrial Park (DIP) and Digital Bridge Institute (NCC Learning Centre) under long-term operational lease arrangements.
The Digital Industrial Park will be transformed into the Enugu Talent City, a proposed 2,000-seat Knowledge-Based Outsourcing (KPO) Centre powered by the Nigerian Data Exchange (NGDX) Hub and developed in partnership with Terragon.
The Centre will support high-value services across AI, software engineering, cybersecurity, data analytics and cloud services, connecting Enugu’s talent directly to global opportunities.
Separately, the Digital Bridge Institute will be transformed into the Enugu AI Institute, envisioned as a world-class platform for artificial intelligence education, research, innovation and advanced workforce development.
