Circle Internet Group has been a rollercoaster since going public, and the latest loop is pointing up. The USDC issuer’s stock has climbed roughly 30% in a recent rally, clawing back from a market value decline of 42% over the past year.

USDC circulation has grown to approximately $72.7 to $73.3 billion, representing a roughly 19% increase year-over-year.

Circle reported reserve income of $701.3 million in Q2 2026, reflecting 7% year-over-year growth. The number missed analyst expectations, which initially sent shares lower.

The stock has shown a pattern of sharp recoveries. After Q4 2025 earnings, shares surged 35%. In May 2026, the stock ripped more than 50% higher. Then came the Q2 miss and the inevitable pullback. The most recent rally of around 16% in mid-to-late August was fueled by a strengthening Bitcoin market and renewed optimism about the stablecoin sector broadly.
