The road reopened at around 6am on Sunday.A South Wales Police spokesperson said: "South Wales Police was called at 2.15pm on Saturday, August 22 to a road traffic collision between two motorbikes on Harbour Drive, Port Talbot.Article continues below"One of the motorbike riders, a 40-year-old man from Bridgend, died at the scene.
