Ukraine’s Defense Forces struck a radar station and a site used by Russian forces to store and launch unmanned surface vessels in temporarily occupied Crimea overnight on August 23.
According to Ukrinform, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported this on Facebook.
“On August 22 and overnight on August 23, units of Ukraine’s Defense Forces struck a number of enemy military targets,” the statement said.
In particular, Ukrainian forces struck a site used to store and launch unmanned surface vessels (USVs), as well as a ground-based relay station used to control Geran/Gerbera strike drones in Chornomorske, in the temporarily occupied territory of Crimea.
They also struck an ST-68 radar station in Yevpatoria and Russian logistics warehouses in Dzhankoi, Crimea, and Chaiky in Russia’s Belgorod region.
