D-Wave Quantum Inc. has appointed Kevan P. Krysler to its Board of Directors and Audit Committee. Krysler currently serves as Chief Financial Officer of Carbon Robotics and brings over two decades of financial leadership experience from previous executive roles, including Chief Financial Officer of Everpure, Inc., and Senior Vice President of Finance and Chief Accounting Officer at VMware, Inc. His appointment supports D-Wave’s strategic growth objectives and corporate governance as the company scales its commercial adoption of annealing and gate-model quantum technologies.
