MANILA, Philippines — President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. has declared special non-working days in three municipalities in the provinces of Quezon, Cagayan, and Sultan Kudarat for the month of August this year to allow the people to celebrate important occasions.

According to the Presidential Communications Office (PCO), Proclamation No. 1391 was signed last August 17 while Proclamations Nos. 1393 and 1394 were signed last August 18. The proclamations were signed by Executive Secretary Ralph Recto, with the authority of the President.
