It’s been nearly 25 years since the September 11 attacks, and the commemorations begin with a new docuseries titled 9/11 Reunited, reconnecting what were once strangers to tell their stories, express gratitude and spotlight heroism.

The three-part special airs in full on Aug. 21 at 8 p.m. PT/ET on National Geographic, available via any live TV streaming service that carries said network, namely DirecTV (which offers a five-day free trial), Fubo (also offering a five-day trial), Sling and Hulu + Live TV.

Alternatively, all three parts will be available to stream on demand the following day (Aug. 22) on Disney+.
