Arsenal of Ukraine’s Defense Forces has been expanded with the first domestically produced jet-powered drone interceptor, Alexa Spatium.
According to Ukrinform, the Ministry of Defense reported this.
Alexa Spatium is a high-speed jet-powered unmanned aircraft. Ukrainian engineers developed it specifically to destroy small aerial, ground and surface targets in real combat conditions.
The interceptor is designed primarily to engage Russian Geran-3, Geran-4, Geran-5 and Shahed-131 kamikaze drones. The system can also be used against reconnaissance drones, helicopters and other individual targets.
During testing, the interceptor confirmed the tactical and technical specifications claimed by the manufacturer.
