A political discussion between Naivasha MP Jayne Kihara and Nairobi Woman Representative Esther Passaris turned into a heated argument during a live TV interview.
The two lawmakers were appearing on a breakfast show when they began discussing political incitement and the 2007–2008 post-election violence.
The tension started when Passaris mentioned the violence in Naivasha where she accused Kihara of being closely involved in the events that affected the area after the disputed 2007 presidential election.
“When I think of Naivasha and the events of 2007, Jane, you were at the centre of all that mess,” Passaris told Kihara.
