Explosions were heard in the city and an air-raid warning was issued. Local residents reported seeing smoke, which, according to OSINT analysis, was rising over the Lukoil-Permnefteorgsintez refinery.
The Ministry of Territorial Security of the Perm Region and the Emergencies Ministry had earlier issued warnings about a drone threat.
