Russia’s Perm oil refinery has completely halted processing after a Ukrainian drone attack on May 7 caused a fire and damaged equipment, two industry sources said.

Local governor Dmitry Makhonin said on Friday Ukrainian drones attacked industrial facilities in the Perm region, around 1,460 kilometers (908 miles) east of Moscow. He didn’t name the facility.
