Russia's mid-sized Orsknefteorgsintez oil refinery ceased processing on August 11 after a fire that followed a Ukrainian drone attack.
That is according to Reuters, citing two industry sources, Ukrinform reports.
The sources said the drones attacked the plant, located some 1,900 km east of the border with Ukraine, on Tuesday. Ukraine's military confirmed the strike.
