Ukrainian air defense neutralized 107 drones used by Russian forces to attack Ukraine since the evening of August 20. Hits by 27 enemy drones were recorded at several locations.
According to Ukrinform, the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported this on Telegram.
From 18:00 on Thursday, August 20, Russian forces launched 135 attack drones at Ukraine, including Shahed drones, Gerbera drones, and Parodiya decoy drones.
The drones were launched from the areas of the Russian cities of Kursk, Millerovo, Oryol, and Primorsko-Akhtarsk, as well as from temporarily occupied Crimea and Donetsk.
The attack was repelled by Ukrainian aircraft, anti-aircraft missile units, electronic warfare and unmanned systems units, and mobile fire groups of the Defense Forces.
