The Little League World Series has shifted all of its games scheduled for Thursday, Aug. 20, ahead one day after rain soaked the grounds in South Williamsport, Pennsylvania.The Friday, Aug. 21 schedule will now feature eight games, starting at 9 a.m. ET.Shortly after 3:15 p.m. ET, Little League officials finalized the day's rainout, calling off games that had been pushed back to 6 p.m. ET.Tournament organizers cited the need "to provide the best playing experience for all teams," in their announcements.The 2026 Little League World Series officially began with the first four games of pool play on Aug. 19.
